Protect Your Clients. Protect Your License. Strengthen Your Play Therapy Practice.

Saturday, March 21, 2026

8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Working ethically with children and families is complex. Many clinicians struggle with:

  • Feeling unsure how to balance confidentiality with parent involvement

  • Confusion about Texas licensing rules vs. APT Best Practices

  • Anxiety about documentation and whether notes meet ethical standards

  • Uncertainty about handling:

    • Dual relationships

    • Touch in the playroom

    • Telehealth with child clients

    • Custody conflicts and consent issues

  • Worrying: “Am I doing this right?” when ethical dilemmas arise

  • Fear of complaints, audits, or license risk due to unclear procedures

This training gives you clarity, confidence, and concrete tools for ethical play therapy practice.
